Group Classes

Currently I am running group circuit classes taking place by Cannon Hill Park in Holder’s Lane playing fields, once a week on a Tuesday evening 6pm-7pm. I charge £5 per participant per class and ask that you sign up and pay in advance of the class so that I know how many to cater for.

The classes will involve a mix of body weight strength exercises, core training and cardio in the form of a circuit. I would advise wearing trainers with reasonable grip as we’ll be on the grass and bringing some water to drink if needed.

Please use the sign up form below to register, you will then be sent a PARQ form to confirm that you are physically able to participate. This will need to be filled out in advance of the class. (You only need to do this once unless there are any changes to your physical or mental health).

I also offer trans only classes on a Thursday evening 6-7pm which you can sign up here (as they are funded by a trans charity).
